User Experience Flows
Capital One, previously had its own sending money feature. But all the major banks came together to incorporate a third party app into all their apps. The overall user experience for Zelle was/is significantly lacking. My design lead and I went through several rounds and a lot of push back to incorporate their required flow into the overall Capital One app experience.
This is where we compromised. It diverts from our standard hub/spoke model, but we were able to negotiate a flow that does not confuse our users.
